Sino Inn Phuket Hotel - Sha Plus

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Phuket. the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. I was able to watch the sunrise from there, which was truly amazing. The bed was really comfortable, with four big fluffy pillows that made for a great night's sleep. Secondly, the hotel had some nice amenities like a TV, fridge, and a boiler to make hot beverages. They even provided free water bottles and cokes, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and addressed any questions or concerns I had. this hotel provided great value for money with its attention to detail and basic amenities.

I couldn't find anything negative about my stay.

Extended stay due to great location, spacious and comfy room, free drinks, coffee, and friendly staff. Cheap motorbike rental and arranged taxi service. Nearby restaurants, shops, and amenities. Modern TV with smart apps and great view from balcony.

I stayed at this hotel, maids are very attentive. If you like being eaten to death by ants stay here!! The food is awful, taxi fare is a rip off, advice is to stay closer to modern facilties?

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. the location was perfect - just a 7-minute walk from Old Town Phuket with its delicious restaurants and beautiful architecture. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, with modern infrastructure, great wifi, and lovely rooms with balconies offering a great view of the mountain. The staff were also fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the value for money was impressive, especially considering the delicious breakfast provided.

Nice receptionists, King-size Rooms, Instant Coffee and Noodles with bowls, refregiator! Cctv as well! All nice!

Honestly, it was an experience that was lacking. Stayed here for an overnight trip with the expectation that airport transfers would easily organized.

The airport transfer driver didn't wait in the exit lounge - so trying to find the driver was an issue but after a few phone calls we found him. The hotel decided that even though we were booked through Booked.net and showed our booking reference that I had to pay for the hotel - we ended up being charged twice. Not really the easy overnight stay I was after to be honest!

The hotel is found on a busy road and finding it while driving is tough. There is no food service and most of the info cards in the room is in Thai.
